Q. How Long Before the next system update?  What fixes/changes will be included?
A. This week will be our next update. It will include (Auto-upgrade feature, Keep WIFI network and credentials, re-tooling). The next release will allow the ability to choose your filtering level.

Q. Why the delay in the release of Blu-Ray filters?
A. Blu-ray filters can’t be copied from their DVD counterparts. It requires the same amount of effort to create. We are re-tooling our processes and workflows to speed up the process. Look for the rate of releases to increase in the coming weeks and months.

Q. I just received my blu-ray player yesterday and noticed that there is an ethernet port.  Do you have to use wi-fi or can you use ethernet?
A. You can use either.

Q. What is a realistic release schedule for more blu ray filters?
A. All new releases will be supported with our weekly filter release. Older movies will be added by popularity on a weekly basis. We are planning on eventually supporting our complete library of over 4000 titles.
